A duplex to fit into a neighborhood.
This formerly "unbuildable" lot had multiple challenges: an oddly-shaped lot, 28% slope, underground rock, a power line easement, a slope easement, and a program to develop a duplex that offered a 3-bed/2.5-bath/1-garage unit on each side. The final design creates two, completely unique living spaces that share one common wall.
