Most of the design ideas for this residence came directly from the client, with little more than coordination of engineering and details needed to complete the project. At 4,800’ the house was built to withstand hurricane-force winds, with a structure of 11” insulating concrete form walls and very durable exterior finishes. Interior materials include reclaimed hardwood floors high-efficiency appliances.
